Convexity Dynamics partners with specialty finance companies and asset-backed originators to design, execute, and scale institutional funding programs. We provide the capital markets expertise, transaction execution, and investor relationships that enable growing platforms to access efficient, diversified sources of capital.
Our founders have worked on all three sides of the market. We know what each side needs to say yes, and where transactions break down.
Structuring and distributing transactions for issuers across mortgage, consumer, and esoteric asset classes.
Building funding programs from the inside: warehouse lines, term securitization, whole loan sales, investor development.
Underwriting asset-backed risk and deploying institutional capital across private credit and whole loan strategies.
Together, the founders have structured, executed, and advised on tens of billions of dollars of asset-backed financings across multiple credit cycles.
Growth-stage and established originators generating approximately $25 million to $500 million+ of annual production that are launching, scaling, or optimizing institutional funding programs.
